Thank you to everyone who gave advice and encouragement. My daughter decided to try COB, and one of the girls she had coffee with was also an ambassador for the sorority that is re-colonizing on her campus. She recommended that it might be a good fit for my daughter, so she decided to go for it. Apparently, that was what was meant to be :) She's so excited to have to opportunity to help grow the new chapter, and loves the girls she met at their bid day. I wouldn't wish her experience on anyone, but she came through it and is thrilled with the end result.
