Interested in a sorority. Need advice.!
 

I'm interested in a sorority and one of the requirements towards the application is 2 letters of reccomendation from active sorority members. I don't know any members of the sorority. Active or otherwise. I especially don't know any of the members at my school. There hasn't been an active line in 5 years. I've attended few of the alumni chapter's events but not enough to have made a relationship with someone (& their next event won't be for months). What should I do?

I'm not a member of a NPHC org, based on the info you provided I'm assuming you want to be apart of one of their sororities. Unfortunately, no one here can tell you what your chances are as generally speaking those decisions of who is invited and who is not is specific and not publicly disclosed by those orgs.

My own two cents for what its worth, I'd start getting involved. If community service is a big part of the org you're interested start volunteering in general. At any rate best of luck to you.

Reach out to any women you know, chances are someone you know knows someone etc...
