Trying to start a new sorority

Hi ! I really need help ! I want to start a new sorority at my university , which they only have one so far. And I need help on how to start one , what is the process of forming one and the steps. Please any help would be great :D

Plus more information. What kind of sorority? NPC, local, multicultural, NPHC, some details about the campus, why you think your school needs another sorority, etc.
