Bid party help!!!
 

OK, I belong to Kappa Pi Omega, and last year we had a bid party. This was our first time having one so, it was new to us. I need some advice on what to do at a bid party and how do we make it special that other sororities. If you have any ideas or suggestions that would make it fun, please drop a line. Your help would be great full.

Hey, I am not sure if this will help, but sometimes what we do for our bid party's we give them a theme, and tell the girls ahead of time what the theme is , and give theme related gifts and everything is formulated around that whole idea.

When you say 'bid party' is this when potential members accept your invitation to membership or the party at which you invite new members to join you?

The last bid party that we had, we had the girls who wanted to pledge for us. Now here is another question, is a open rush different from a closed rush. If so, how do we seperate the two? Thanks to those who have responded
