Organizing your Organization!
 

Hello everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around in a long time! I hope everyone is doing well.
Anyway, I had a question for you all....

What are some things that your org does to get organized? Or what does your org do to keep the org running smoothly?

I thought this might be a good question to help those out there that may have just started or are in the midst of beginning a new U&C Nat'l org. Plus I feel that the ideas could help those U&C orgs that have been around for a little bit, but need something to keep the members focused on the goals of the org.

If your org doesn't do anything specific, then what are some ideas you could suggest in order to keep organized/focused? I hope this all makes sense! :)

Well, being that we are an U&C National Org., we do have the flexibility to shape the progression of our org and how we can better achieve our goals. It might be a good idea to have a "virtual suggestion box" to allow some people who would not ordinarily speak up the opportunity to do so. You could create a survey and circulate it to all of the sisters and see what they would like to see happen in the org. Also, after you have those suggestions you can break down into committees to ensure the work gets done in a timely and organized manner.
