Very cool - Alpha Gam author

Hey ladies! I was just surfing the NYC Junior Circle's website (I love their design and was looking for inspiration for a work project! :))... anyhoo, I found the following info:
Quote:

Vicki Salemi of Montvale, NJ, is the author of a hip new college guide, "The ABC's of College Life." She started writing it after her freshman year, influenced by her awesome undergraduate and Alpha Gam experiences (Lafayette College, Zeta Theta). Her book is a street-smart college-speak dictionary packed with campus traditions, tales and pranks dishing out the inside scoop of college life.

Alpha Gamma Delta is mentioned a few times in her book, as is JDF. Although "The ABC's of College Life" is intended for college-bound students, alumnae will enjoy the stroll down memory lane.
Check it out now at amazon.com.

Stay tuned to the summer edition of the Quarterly which will feature her book. Also, if anyone in has any contacts in the media, feel free to contact her as she is excited to spread the word!!! She can be reached at vicki_salemi@hotmail.com.

Vicki is from my chapter, but I haven't had the opportunity to meet her. I have heard that she's really awesome from alumnae who know her. I am definitely going to pick up her book sometime, though. I'll let you all know how accurate it is about Lafayette! :)

Though I've never met her in person, she sent an email to my chapter saying that she included my chapter in her book. I haven't read her book yet, but I'm sure it's great!

If anyone gets a hold of the book, let us know how what you thought about it!

Well, I will just have to buy it and read it for myself! :)
