Rush Stuff
Hey everyone... I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for some ways to increase spirit during rush. The nights of rush seem to be very stressful and im looking for a way to curb the anxiety for all of the sister.... any suggestions would be much appreciated :) thank you

Something we used to do during the weeks before preping for contests when I was a cheerleader (and rush is basicly preparing for a contest... in way.. ) Is to have a SCREAM moment... when stress levels reach critical mass.... have everyone let out a HUGE scream. Then maybe a sorority chant! Makes everyone feel better!
