Whats up people. So maybe i'm blind or something but I hardly see that many greeks from Texas on the boards. Where are ya'll??

There are many, many Texan Greeks around. In fact, there was quite a long thread not so long ago about Greeks just in the Houston area. I can think of six of us off hand, though I know there are more.

I am a Texan living in Atlanta, Georgia (originally from Houston). I work with the Gamma Iota chapter of Alpha Phi. My collegiate chapter was Epsilon Omega.

So the week I moved up here I check my email and my DZ sister Jenna has sent an email that says this:

"Hey, I know you just moved to RI and everything but I just wanted to make sure you knew that they "young alums" were going for happy hour..."

Like she thought maybe I'd just stop into town for happy hour or something...it was pretty funny!...Guess you had to be there....okay, I think I will stop typing stupid things now!

I did see that!!! I can't believe none of the Deans would help them get the cash :) But that physics professor was GREAT :)

Yeah, I work around several of the Dean's. Everyone was giving them a hard time about it on Tuesday morning. They guy that was on academic probation is a Delt along with my best friend. That was hilarious. Also, the girl that showed the card to prove her "membership" is my AXiD sister. It was pretty exciting.

Are you going to school there or in SA? That's so cool.. it's a small world after all!

By the way is it raining there today? It's raining here so hard, it's unbelievable we don't have a hurricane
