Pre-Rush advice

My chapter has never had any kind of pre-rush info session for current members. However, due to the response we got at last years rush, I think that we need to go over the appropriate way to interact with PNMs.

Do you have any advice?

We only participate in informal Rush.

Are you talking about a workshop for your sisters or an informational meeting for PNMs?

A workshop for sisters.

We have several workshops. In the workshops, each sisters role in each night is clearly laid out. We have a few sisters that don't get much interaction with PNMs, just b/c we are comfortable leaving them with PNMs, just because of the chance they might say inapproiate things. So for those sisters they are either keep time or help with refreshments.. If you do have a workshop, do take ideas and don't be closeminded, and make sure you aren't attacking people. the last thing you want is one of your sisters to be offended. by the way our workshops are usually 4-6 hours long. they are long but usually very helpful

Let me be a little more detailed....

Since this is a new thing for our chapter, I was thinking that it would not be any longer than 30 minutes.
We are a small chapter and can not afford for anyone not to interact with PNMs.
I mostly need suggestions for what people should be talking about.
I know that a big problem that we have (I am definitely guilty of this) is getting into a personal conversation with sisters and leaving the PNMs out.
Also, just feeling uncomfortable with new people and not knowing what to talk about.
This is informal rush so we have about an hour with the PNMs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
