While not everyone will have the same experience in a GLO and each group and each person is different, all people deserve respect.

I respect everyone's opinion and their right to express it, but I am charged with keeping this forum pertinent to the topic of Recruitment and will not tolerate negativity or bashing of either specific groups or people.

Okay, I'm going to be a ditz now... What the heck is a GLO anyways?

prdlocal--a GLO stands for Greek Letter Organzation. GLOs are usually used to describe historically white organizations (NPC, IFC) and the term BGLO is used to describe historically black organzations (NPHC).
