Greek lingo?
Is anyone familiar with the term "APs". I'm aware Deltas use the term "AP", but this is used differently. I seen a Soror mention she was hanging with her APs, referring to her neos. Are you all familiar with the term, I'm sure it has something to do with "pers", but I'm lost when it comes to what the A could stand for. I know different regions have different terms, but that was very new to me. I've never seen an "A" in front of Pers/Personals. Or maybe that's not what the P is.

If you're so curious about what the terminology means then why not ask a Soror, if you are in fact one. I highly doubt you're going to find the answer on an online forum with a bunch of strangers especially if that information is organization or chapter specific.

Because I don't personally know any Michigan Sorors? It's state specified in the text above. Reading is fundamental. Thanks for your input, but it wasn't relevant to the question. We certainly don't use the term here, if we did, I would know it and wouldn't have to ask a Soror. If you "in fact" read above.

I'm an Alpha from the DC area and I have not heard of "AP" at all. I've heard DP and ADP.
You may want to pose this question at www.divineninelover.com. The admins skew younger than me and it might be new slang I don't know yet. |
