Interesting how we all might be heading toward armageddon in 2019.

Didn't Nostradamus predict that it'd be like 3719 ?

I don't know what Nostradamus said but according to biblical scholars (or some guy I used to work with :rolleyes: ) 2019 would be about right. Of course, this is if you are using a very particular interpretation and believe that Hitler and WWII are covered in there.
Also, didn't the Mayan calendar end right around there too?

Not saying I'm all that worried about it... Just saying it's a very real possibility.

When I was young (boy, was that a long time ago), the preacher(s) in the very fundamentalist Christian church(s) I attended ranted constantly that, "The End is near."

I guess it depends on how you define "near." That was almost fifty years ago.

I'm just not going to worry about "it" until it happens.

Looks like there is a 1 in 250,000 chance that it might hit earth. good news is that most sciencetist say after further calculation, the asteroid might miss.

When it comes to the end of the world and absolute destruction, even 1 in 6 billion isn't exactly favorable odds, but why be scared...it could be incentive that we'd better all live for now and not put our lives off until tomorrow, right?
