Speaking of Alpha Gam Credit Cards.....I thought an amount from your master card and National Collegiate (our phone card vendor) was supposed to go to our chapter?

Does anyone know how this happens. I have used my phone card for years and no one from my chapter knows anything about money from them??????

As far as I know, it doesn't go to the individual chapters. Proceeds from the Mastercard and the phone card goes to IHQ and the Foundation. Will someone in the know please correct me if I am wrong? :confused:

The Mastercard goes to the Foundation. The Calling Card goes to the chapter. The calling card is based upon usage (total minutes). Most chapter members don't use it enough to hit the amount that a check is sent to the chapter - this is one case where one person doesn't make a difference!

Hmm...let me check out the calling card, lol! We have been thinking about dropping AT&T at the house since we can use our cell phones for most long distance calls. I need the calling card to make long distance calls at work or when I want to call IHQ (for some reason Indiana isn't in the South, lol, according to Verizon's plan.);)

I need to make a correction on the Mastercard...The Fraternity, not the Foundation, receives the revenue from a percentage of
sales made on Alpha Gamma Delta MasterCard accounts.

We all need to ensure that the Fraternity keeps receiving the revenue it budgets yearly so they can keep providing the collegians and alumnae the support, events, resources, etc. that are planned! What a great way for each of us to assist the Fraternity - especially if there is no chapter or alumnae group near you to share your talents! Start charging ladies!
