Rush videos
 

Do any of you make or have rush videos for rush? I think having one would be great. I wonder if IHQ offers any videos for rush.

I've heard that there are some old films for rush. REALLY old, yet inspiring stuff that is astounding to see even today. I've never seen it personally, but some brothers in my chapter have and they thought it was awesome. I know that my chapter was also working on a rush video to go to rushees homes over the summer and show them to see if they like it. It would be great to have funding to send out videos to potential rushees during the summer, but it is far too expensive (I looked into it).

Along with having a scrap book of pics....we have a power point presentation, they arent hard to make, and we out line everything from each party and social, to sports leadership , grades, community service, retreat, and our softball tourney, and brotherhood...It reall look sharp and we usually have a greeting at the begining, and music taht goes along with it.......

I think everyone does a scrapbook but a slide show type deal is a great idea.

While attending the RLC in St. Louis last Feb, we got a tour of Xi chapters New TKE house at Washington University. They gave everyone a copy of the TKE CD rom that they give to all rushees. Its similar to a video, but very high tech.
Then the rushees can take it with them. If they view it, who knows?

FYI, ZN Teke, did you know that they are the only chapter that displays "The Bastard Crest" on their house. It is really cool. It should be on their web site if you want to take a look.
