Don't know what you did, hope it wasn't illegal... Short of that, you can use it to an advantage. First though, you have to forgive yourself and if that entails an apology do that too. It may not change things, but it's a start. Then, try not to repeat the pattern that led to the incident. Remember, every single person makes mstakes-I've made some DOOZIES!
