What do you find sexy?
 

What's the damn deal peoples. I am just sitting here writing this poem about being Poetically Sexy. I had a discussion earlier about what sexy was and how can you tell when a shorty is truly sexy.

So I bring the question to you all. I would like to hear your opinions on what sexy is and if that is a quality cats look for in an opposite.

What do I think is sexy? - A poetic woman. I just love a woman who knows the fine art of being a wordsmith. Speech is sexy!

As far as my answers: conversation is a mental stimulant, coupled with eye contact is the bomb. A man who can dance and knows how to move is sexy, too. Being well groomed don't hurt! Beautiful smiles set it off, too! :) I also like a nice walk, swagger, if you will. Musical ability, too, sing, play an instrument, that's sexy, too.

I find smart ambitious men to be sexy. I don't like to be the one spitting knowledge all day. I love it when I can hold an intelligent convo with a man. So in lamest terms I like nerds:D . Oh and I find a man who can handle his business (i.e school,work, family).

I know this is off the subject but I have one of the sexiest black men around and he is a super genius, like myself.

What do I find sexy....
 

The qualities that I find sexy in a man include intellect, ambition, a sense of humor (this really scores major points), an appreciation for the arts (music, dance, & literature), poetic, a man that can dance is really sexy (I feel ya on that one Ideal08;)) and a man that can dress ( I mean sharp- everything from casual to formal and then throw a lil' thuggish look in there every once in a while) !!! GOOD HYGIENE, full lips, and a nice build.

Nothing wrong w/black brainiacs. I'd LOVE to find a man who won't turn tail once I open my mouth. That's helluva lot more sexy than some idiot whose convo consists of yaknowaahsayin? :D

Honestly, I'm two years off 40 and haven't dated in a while. At this time in my life, looks for a man aren't a deal-breaker unless we're talking gold teefuses :p and serious halitosis.

1. Intelligence. If you can't tell me the last book you read, we are going to have a problem.

2. CONFIDENCE. I love, love, love, love, LOVE a confident man. I like to see self-assurance in the way he walks, talks and behaves in a relationship.

3. Take-charge personality. Before I get clowned, please believe I will never be dominated, lol. But I like for my man to be able to take charge when necessary. Can you plan a date without my input if I ask you to? Indecision is a turn-off to me.

4. Eye contact. I gotta go with Soror Ideal on this one.. eye contact in (ahem) ANY situation is sexy and most appreciated.

5. Nice eyes and smile. I'm a sucker for bedroom eyes (see above, lol). And I love to see straight, white teeth. At LEAST have the white thing going on.

6. Spiritual. I love to see a black man pray.

haroldjohnson, I just had to shout you out since I see you go to UH... I go to Baylor. :)

A woman's outer apperance! This has been deemed shallow by society, but I truly beleive that the way a person dresses and grooms his/herself is a true representation of the kind of person they are.

Now, I'm not looking for Fendi and Gucci everyday, hell she doesn't even need to wear the name brands that I know. But the way you put it all together ie: clothes neatly pressed, hair and nails presentable, and a sexy pair of shoes don't hurt. If she wears make-up, do it right or don't do it at all.

It's the little things that count!

P.S. I'm a sucker for a pretty face and a well dressed woman any day!

A man is sexy if he has the following

1. CONFIDENCE: A man who can approach me and be confident in what he has to offer me. ;)

2. Intelligence

3. Career Oriented

4. Dancing skills ;)

5. His smile & teeth

6. His walk

7. A BLACK MAN IN A SUIT **fanning myself** -- A brotha in a suit can just make my mind do some things. ;)

8. His SMELL -- There was an Alpha who had this scent that made me go crazy. To this day, NO ONE quite compares to him. :)

9. Strong mind and body

10. His devotion to his family and friends and to God. Sweetest Diva is soooooo right about seeing a Black man pray and humble himself before God.

Hell Yea - A woman that can put on a $10 dress and still turn everyhead in the room just by her style and grace catches my eye every time. It does not always require a designer name to pull off a desiger look. I like a woman with STYLE.

sexy is............ a style, a look, a smile, a walk, an education, a baseball cap, a big sweatshirt, tight capri's, a future, a saved woman, a woman who knows what she wants, and most of all she must be a woman

What is sexy:

A man with a goal in life

A well groomed man

A man with nice lips

A man with eyebrows that have been tamed not arched.

A man who can show emotions

A man who isn't afraid to say I love you.
