we had a good one this year, all though greek life didn't like it but oh well they can't do anything.

My favorite rush shirt from my chapter is:
We don't try to be the best here...its just tradition.
Then i saw one at LTW that had the letters and a little girl getting squished btw them and it said: Sigma Chi...tighter than your little sister.

Image is everything for a chapter, but at the same time people should enjoy shirts like that. no ones serious it just college guys having fun and trying to have the best shirts on campus.

Ya i laughed my ass off on that one too consul2k. Hey i saw your from indiana, what are you guys doing up there at the house in Jan? Wendy Papson, me and my girlfriend(wendy's adpi lil sis) are going up there to visit her parents. Hey cutiepie...i saw them at our leadership training workshop and yes some national guys saw them and they got kicked out of workshop and had to get rid of the shirts. They are funny shirts ya and personally i wish i would have got one from a brother but you do make a good point about GDI's seeing them and what they think.

The best rush shirt that we have had is:

on the front it just had the crest and rush semester
on the back it had the polo logo and it said "Sigma Chi" and under it "Quality never goes out of style"

everybody loved it... we went with a dark blue shirt and gold ink

I would suggest against wearing anything risque around your nationals, but I would think that would be common sense.

the best one i've ever seen was a sigma chi one with the Fed Ex logo with the Sigma and Chi fit on the front and the back said, "Proudly stuffing boxes since 1855"

LOVED IT

My group has had lots of great shirts. the most resent one had our letters on the front with a picture of bob the builder and on the back it says "we screw, we nut, we bolt"

Also we had one that had the letters on the front and underneath them it said "the greatest of all time" and on the back was the picture of muhammad ali knocking out Sonny Liston. and a nice touch we added to the pic was our letters on ali's belt and just so you could barly see it we put the letters of our rival fraternity on our campus on sonny listons shoe

I'd be really uncomfortable if I saw grown men wearing shirts with a children's PBS character making sexual innuendos.

I never really "got" the idea of rush shirts.

So the PNM sees your funny shirt, and then what? Chases you guys down and tries to join your organization?

Take the time, money, and energy you would have spent on the "Our brotherhood is tighter than your little sister" shirt and meet some people for god sake.
