Work Week Ideas
 

Hey all,

i was just wondering if any of you could give me some ideas for some fun activities during work week. i have heard a few like: who can wear the most of their letters, which i think would be fun. If any of you have any other ideas could you please share?

Also consider shoe polishing your car. Every year it was like a contest to see which sorority had the most cars with their letters on it-great advertising!

Displaying your letters before the start of rush was a big no-no at my school. The only exception was for car stickers (it's hard to remove those :) ).

The most enjoyable work week activity I can remember was when I was a rho chi... we had a lock-in. Ice cream, lemonade, cheesy chick flicks, and for some strange reason, a lot of anime... It was a great bonding experience, especially since I was the only rho chi from my sorority - I knew a couple of the other rho chi's from Panhel and that was it.

We did have a tradition of going to IHOP after our last pref party... sort of a "thank goodness, it's over, bring on the chocolate chip pancakes" thing :) The IHOP we went to isn't there any more, though... :(

Is work week the same thing as Pre Rush? or the week before recruitment week??

Thanks for all the great ideas...My school doesnt allow us to display our letters prior to recruitment. But thanks so much for your ideas...New Girl, work week is the week before recruitment where all the sororities come back and work on recruitment. It is about a week and a half of hard work, but alot of fun. last year was my first year i bonded so much with my sisters...it was great. hope that helps.
