I was 7/10 but I agree that I can't bring myself to drink that much water. Unless i'm totally dehydrated I need something with flavor!

I got 8/10. I swear that quiz is wrong though - tea is better for you than flavored seltzer water. Many of those waters contain sugars which can be dehydrating. Whereas tea is good for you because it contains no duiretics and also warm water can help clean out your liver which may alleviate headaches. Cold water is often a shock to your system and takes a lot of work to warm back up so it can be processed.
Anyway, I always drink tons of water. Somehow I'm really sensitive to dehydration and get grumpy when I'm thirsty. |
