National Headquarters

How many of you have visited other greek chapter's national headquarters? There was a thread started months ago about best houses and prettiest bagdes. So I just want to know, who has the best and prettiest headquarters? About two months ago I visited my friend at Northwestern in Chicago. The SAE national headquarters was near, it was the most awesome and priceless place I have ever seen. They call it the temple, with stained glass windows of all there chapters by year, a big chapel area, huge library with history and each chapter's scrapbooks, a big panhellinic room with all the sorority's emblem painted on the ceiling (mainly used for meetings and initiation), a memorial for all their fallen brothers in war, and they also have a tower, only those that are initiated can go up there and hide stuff for others to find.

Would love to see the Headquarters in person!:)

Maybe some day I will!

AGD has chapters in both USA and Canada...

Since today is Canada Day, I have to say, I think you mean your International headquarters!? ;)

I've been to Kappa Alpha Theta's HQ... was very nice.

Of the Founders Road HQs in Indy, I'd say Theta Chi's is my favorite (closely followed by Alpha Gam's, of course!). ;)

I have visited THREE (inter)national headquarters:

I have visited my own International Headquarters - Pi Kappa Alpha - in Memphis, TN. Of course, I think it's great - it resembles the Rotunda at the Univ. of Virginia (our birthplace).

And the Chi Omega Sorority headquarters is directly across the street from ours (which is cool because my wife is a Chi-O) in Memphis. Chi-O has a HUGE and beautiful building! And a lovely garden area as well.

And then just down the street is the Kappa Delta Sorority headquarters. KD's HQ was nice, but it reminded me of the Brady Bunch house for some reason, I can't remember why, but I just remember that thought striking me when I saw it.

I keep meaning to go by the Chi Phi headquarters in Tucker, Ga., just for curiosity sake, but I never think about it when I'm near Tucker.

I've only visited the Sigma Nu IHQ. VERY nice place. It's the only one of the Lexington Triad (ATO, SN, KA Order) that have built their HQ's in Lexington. It's located on a huge piece of land over there on a hill. There is a chapel, offices, museum, two great halls filled with Memorials. They're working on a Pavillion to honor brothers who have died in the Military Service... There's also the offices of our Educational Foundation located on the land.

If you're ever in Lexington, VA it's a great place to check out!

I could be wrong, but I think that KA Order's HQ is on the courthouse square in Lexington.

I checked their website, you're right! I had no idea. I've always been told we were the only ones there.

For those of you who have been to founders drive in Indianapolis how is the Sigma Kappa headquarters? I've never been there.
And about the SAE HQ what kind of things would you hide in that tower? LOL :)

I saw the outside of Kappa Sigma Headquarters when I was about 11. I used to go to a camp in Charlottesville, VA (even though I'm from PA), and we had this counselor that was a K-Sig and took us to show us the building. It was awsome, and was my first glimse into greek life :)
