To my Sisters
I'm not sure how many of you go to the Chit Chat board, but if you do you prolly read the thread I started "Prejudism". I started that thread because I had read an article that I thought I might get some opinions on, and it's started this whole race war. I've said some dumb things, sarcastically and jokingly, but have been taken the wrong way. So now I've tarnished my reputation, but hopefully not of Phi Mu. I'm just wondering if some of you can post on there, just so people don't start stereotyping Phi Mus as being racist, cuz that's pretty much what they think of me now. I am always defending myself on there, because what I say and what people think what I'm sayin is 2 totally different things. I'm defending myself more for the name of Phi Mu, than myself. So if someone of you could please do that. You know how people can stereotype so easily, and I woudl hate for people to think that of Phi Mu. LIOB

in my opinion
I personally think that people are gonna think what they will anyway and the best thing to do is let it drop. Post on there what you just said here, that you're not defending yourself, you're defending your fraternity and everything seems to come out differently than you mean it. The more you say, the bigger hole you're digging for yourself on this topic I think (I've never read it, so I don't really know) so I think the best thing to do is just drop it. You won't have anything to defend if you don't say anymore about it. People will forget eventually and it won't be brought up again. Just represent yourself as well as you can in other posts, you'll redeem yourself, if that's what you're concerned about!!
