Hello all!

Our chapter is a small one, usually 8 actives.
We have fully dropped all hazing for any reason at all. That being said, we find a lot of our pnm's have issues when it comes to respecting the brothers without any form of consequence to use to teach them. I understand they should respect us, as we respect them, but sometimes it just isn't the case. I was curious if any other chapters run across this problem? If so, how did you go about remedying it without anything that would be considered hazing?

If they are being rude to brothers or not showing up for things, put them in front of your standards board and ask them to commit to changing. That's what you'd do with a brother displaying that behavior, a pledge should be the same way. If they're saying things like "you can't tell me what to do, that's hazing" just let them know that they won't be initiated with that attitude.
