Is it right for them to use calls and signs?
 

Should Archonettes be allowed to use line names, do calls, and throw up hand signs(all of which they make up)? In the chapter I am currently with they DON'T agree with it, but a few other chapters say that it's ok as long as it's their own.

My opinion is that we have no reason to do such.
THAT IS ONLY MY OPINION BUT I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE.

I would first want to know why is it that you want to have a sign and make a call. What does it represent and your call what does that represent. The Zetas call means something just like Skee-Wee means something to the AKAs. When the Deltas make their sign with their hands to the rest of the world it shows that it is a Delta (triangle) sign meaning change. However, they could have another underlying meaning. Basically, if you are going to make a sign what would it be and what would it stand for.

DO NOT reply over the net what your meaning(s) will be. Discuss it with your Zeta sponsored chapter and find out what they think. I hope that this helps.

Personally I don't agree with the whole signs and call idea. It's just a topic that has been floating through a few grad chapters.
