Thanks, but I want student feedback. The school may sugarcoat what I want and need to know or they may just tell the truth. Since the students are the one's paying for the education, I want to know if they are getting their $$$'s worth, what they think of the department, etc.. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

I received my undergraduate degree form HU...in the film department. Quite frankly, I was jealous http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif of the Fine Arts students who had access to the HOTTEST lab equipment.

Although, I minored in theater directing in FA I have studied photography off and on for more than 15 years. I started shooting 35 mm in highschool and that is what eventually lead me to a film production major along with my early acting experince. My best friend was a photo minor. I naturally had several friends in the Photo division. All I can say is you will get PLENTY of hands on training. Furthermore, the program is designed for a professional development.
And you better believe you will not be short changed on learning your history.

I LOVED HOWARD!!!!! You will see me at Homecoming singing..."I'm so glad I went to Howard U". THERE IS NOTHING LIKE AN HBCU EXPERIENCE...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Of course the Mecca is FIRST choice...and of course that is my BIASED http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif opinion.
