Could someone tell me if just one person sends out flyers to sorority members about a rushee or if more than one person could or would do that?

When you say 'flyers' do you mean letters of introduction (also known as recommendations)?

Please clarify.

It is an advertisement for that girl. It has pictures on it and maybe some info encouraging other sorority members to consider that girl for membership.
