"Entourage" - the movie
 

I watched every episode of "Entourage", but didn't rush to the theater to see the movie. The show got progressively worse, though I stuck with it.

Recently on a long plane ride, I gave in and watched the movie. A waste of time. It should have never been made into a movie. Way too many cameos, too.

Did anyone else see it, or like it?

That seems to be a pattern for HBO Series. Sex & The City was pretty similar--a really good series followed up by a few absolutely terrible movies. I think the last one was just a commercial for Dubai.

Ballers is doing a pretty good job for me of replicating early Entourage energy, just Miami/NFL instead of LA/Acting.

I really enjoy Ballers.

Great show. But The Brink is the best thing HBO is doing aside from GOT.

I still like "Girls" a lot. And, "True Detective".

"Sex and the City 2" was a joke. The only funny line in that whole movie is when the girls manage to get back on the plane and the flight attendant asks them if they had anything to declare, and Carrie says "Yes, I'm a mess!". Otherwise, it's just a tourism ad for UAE.
