Arrghh! I Have Rug Burn!
 

Ok, no I wasnt beaten and no I am not kinky (heh heh) but I have a seriously huge rug burn scare on my face and I am not happy :mad:
But its what I get from fooling with the cute ATO (Alpha Tau Omega) I work with at work. He accidently fell on my and we both fell to the ground. unfortunately I had to be the one on the bottom. This thing is HUGE, ppl stare and think that I am battered or something and all my co-workers tell me its an ugly one but will mostly likely go away. I refuse to go out this week until at least I can maybe cover it with some Foundation. Ok I just needed to B!tch about this. Thanx! :D

But hey,like I said at least you guys don't think I have been battered like everyone else who sees it does. I had to go with one of the girls I work with to talk to the police. The whole time the officer was looking at my burn and at the end she goes, "Does anyone have anything else I need to know?" and looks at me. And a guy on the street saw me listening to my disc man and he gave me brand new batteries that he had.I guess he thought I would need them Sheesh! Why do people always assume the worst? :)
But yeah, the ATO is cute! And he is right I am milking this for everything that it is worth and I am not going to let him live this down ;)

Tonya, let me tell you a little story about rug burns so you won't feel so bad...

My first Greek Week, I signed up to do Pyramid. The Sunday before GW, we held a practice session in place of Chapter Meeting...indoors. While we were practicing Pyramid, Rachel (the girl on the top of the pyramid) couldn't get a good grip so she jumped down, bumping the girl on top of me, causing her to slip and causing me to fall off the pyramid and nose dive into the carpet! I blanked out and came to with everyone standing over me freaking out. I had a HUGE rug burn across my forehead that didn't go away until AFTER Greek Week was over. A pound of Clinque make-up couldn't cover up the redness of that sucker!
