What's your real age?
 

Found this link through an exercise board I'm on, it's really fascinating. You put in your chronological age, answer a whole slew of questions about your health habits, and it calculates how old your body really is.

I'm 25.3, and the calculator said I was 20.3. Amazing thing is, the calculator said I was 16 until I answered yes to the question asking if I had any major job stresses or if I had moved in the last 12 months (twice, in fact!). That just blew me away!

So how old are you chronologically versus your real age?

I took the test in its entirety and for the most part I was doing okay, having only a 0.8+ difference between my current age (22.9) and my real age.

However, after completing the Stress portion of the test...I aged 4.3 years, so my real age is 27.2!!! :eek:

that's a long test, but i persevered and finished it, w/out cheating. anyway, the final tally...

my actual age is 28.5
real age (according to test) 24.9

i actually thought real age would be higher, considering my obsession w/cheese, butter and salt.

At one point i was down to 16.7. My age is 24.8 and my realage is 21.5.:)

Realage: 26.4

The fact that I recently quit smoking was the single largest factor in increasing my age. interesting, isn't it? Other than that, I'm a pretty healthy person.

Boy was that long!
 

My biological age: 25.7 My real age: 26.8 thanks to my stress!

At least you quit smoking. I have yet to quit. :(

Nice to know. What with my mom telling me about every new thing that causes cancer and my once-a-semester deathbed illness, everything's gonna be ok anyway!

Oops! When I first registered for this, I was not 18 yet, so I lied about my b-day. The CORRECT info is:

Real Age: 27.5
Actual Age: 20.7

"Real Age" = 15.5
Actual Age = 19.3

I like being considered healthy! :D

I was down to 14.3 until I answered the question if any member of my family has died and all those exercising questions. oops

I am really 19.9 but the realage test said 20.3 because of my speeding when I drive and my cell phone. UGH!
