Calling All Greeks and Non Greeks:

All Black Greek Letter Organizations, Social fellowships, friends and associates in
the Greater Triangle Area (and beyond) you are invited to our special
celebration and all under the same roof. On this night, we will party in style, be classy
and have the most upscale environment-venue afforded to us. The Raleigh-Wake Pan
Hellenic Council signed on with Cityhappenings.com to present this event and now we need
to get the rest of the Triangle, Triad, and State to State Fraternities and Sororities on board.


Attire: Upscale Dress

Crowd Expected: The Mature and Adult-

Four Large Ballrooms for dancing, mingling and networking
Jazz Reception with wine tasting and special chef on hand
Onsite Child Care/Nursery- (as low as $25 per child)
Food All Night long, starting from 7pm until the social ends
Midnight Breakfast Buffet, Coffee and Dessert reception at 1:30am

6 piece band: 7pm-10:30pm Reception. DJ mixing until 2:30am

The Class of the Carolinas is the upscale and classy social division

The COC (our short name) is a seasonal presentation four times per year to the
public (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter), and each social has it's on theme. For our
Summer Social in August 2002, then we are pleased to have the Raleigh-Wake Pan
Hellenic Council to join us in this first time ever Greek Celebration.

Keep in mind that this social is open and welcome to anyone: local and
national social fellowships, non-greek organizations, collegiate level
(again: the mature and adult crowd), friends and guest of these groups.
This is an opportunity for everyone to represent as a whole on one
special evening and not be divided.
