Can someone please explain the process of Formal Rush and give any advice.

you're going to have to be a little more specific... sorority or fraternity recruitment? NPC, NPHC, MCGLO, etc?

First of all, NPHC organizations to not call it "formal rush" :rolleyes:

Second, you will not find the answers you are looking for here

My advice is to talk to people that you KNOW in the NPHC orgs for information.
