Tiffany's does it again!!!!
 

I just got my latest Tiffany's catalog, and I saw something that if I were a Kappa, I would HAVE to have.......they have these new platinum necklaces with diamond pendants, and one of them is a key. It really is gorgeous. It's also $1750.00, which obviously makes it prohibitive for some, but boy would it be worth it. Anyone else seen them? I kind of like the wishbone one too.

Oh man, I love my Key lavalier dearly....but I don't think even a 4.0 would inspire our scholarship chair to buy these for the chapter. If any of you have any extra cash and want to buy it for me though....PM me;) ;):D ;)

No but you know what? With the sorority set being such mass fans of Tiffany's, one would think it would behoove them to do pendants in the various symbols/mascots. Can't you just see a cute little silver bracelet with a little silver anchor charm dangling from it a la the "Return" bracelet? I would certainly go for anything they came up with bearing an owl........

Wow, that is beautiful!! Wish they would make a plain silver one for those of us who make less than six figures.

CP2000...lately I have been seeing lots of anchor stuff, mostly costume, but I know Carrie was wearing anchor necklaces last season on "Sex and the City." I saw some at Bloomingdales and at a shop in Disneyland that sells "1928" jewelry. Also, if you ever felt like taking a road trip to Door County, Wisconsin, EVERYTHING there has anchors on it. I remember shopping in Fish Creek the summer I lived in Bailey's Harbor and thinking "Shoot, I should've gone DG!" :)

Why does my mail always come 4 days later than everyone elses? I don't have the new Tiffany catalog, boohoo...of course I could just haul my tush to the South Coast Plaza but that would require me to dress up and leave my credit cards at home.

Am I the only person who no longer receives the Tiffany catalog? :confused:

Angel, don't feel bad, I don't see Tiffany's coming out with a squirrel bracelet or necklace any time soon either. ;)

Leslie, thank God for His small mercies, lol. We will have to stick with roses--or --maybe Tiffany's will make an annulet someday!

Upon doing further serious research, the AGDs are in flynn. There are two annulet pendants for sale. One is on page 6 and is called "Paloma's Mini-Magic," which retails for a cool $2995. The second is on page 12 and is from the Etoile collection (which I love, BTW) and is much more affordable at $950. Ladies, start your charge cards! ;)

Tiffany's is actually responsible for the design of our badges, so it would be wonderful if they could produce a little lamp or turtle pendant as well. Most of the ones I've found so far tend to be rather "cutesy" looking and I'd prefer one that looks a bit more sophisticated......as if a turtle can be sophisticated! Tiffany's does make a turtle brooch, but I'm afraid I haven't reached the brooch-wearing stage yet!

Mia & Lizzie who designed the horse-shoe necklace that Carrie Bradhaw wears on Sex and The City have done a key, as well as an anchor.

Plus...they just designed a more affordable (re: $40) necklace for the non-profit I work for (a Domestic Violence agency) called the "Heart of Strength" that will be available in July.
