QUESTION
Okay. I know a little about webpages and stuff but I need help figuring something out. I have Napster and there is a song that I want to download onto my webpage. It's a special song, sand by some sisters from our chapter that are starting to make it big - Mulberry Lane. At any rate...I use Geocities. I love it, but it says that it only accepts midi files and wav files. I did endless searches today to see if any of the fan pages had a wav version of the one song I want, but I was unsuccessful. So...now I'm wondering if it is possible to change a mp3 file into a wav file or midi file so Geocities will recognize it and let me down load it.
I'd appreciate any information as this song means a lot to my chapter of Chi Omega. Thanks, Hootie ------------------ What do you get when you cross an Alpha Omicron Pi and a Sigma Phi Epsilon? A beautiful Chi Omega!!! Zeta Delta Chapter of Chi Omega http://www.unomaha.edu/~comega |

Ok open winamp.
Go to options. Go to preferences. Go to plugins/output. Select wave out. This should convert the mp3 into a wav file for you. If you're still having trouble, I can help you out by either answering your questions or just sending you the file http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif But just remember this, wav files are huge. That means you might get a file that is 10 times larger than the original...this would suck trust me. There are mp3 storage places on the net where you could provide links to the files and store the files there. Search on yahoo. Good luck to you http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif Quote:
