Did you see the R. Kelly Interview on Bet?
 

Did anyone see the R. Kelly interview on BET? What are your comments about the interview?

I didn't see it but I plan on watching Part 2 tonight. I heard he was dodging a lot of the questions..... I'm waiting for the real story on VH1's "Behind the Music".

Disappointed
 

Personally, I'm disappointed in R. Kelly. I can understand his urgency in appealing to the public and trying to find sympathy from his fans. But his body language during the interview and his uncomfortableness showed me, as the viewer, that he was not ready to answer those personal questions.

He stated over and over (and over) again that he was "no angel" and he "has alot of issues that he's trying to deal within himself". Whether he commited the crime or not, I think he needs to work out his problems within himself before he tries to appeal to the public.

Did anyone hear the sobbing towards the end when the camera was focused on the interviewer? I thought I heard R. sucking up his tears.

Sorry to be intruding on ya'lls forum...but I just have to say something about R.Kelley...He is beyond a doubt to me...GUILTY!

Sure those girls may have been fast...and who knows maybe the girls initiated the contact themselves BUT he is supposed to be a MAN

Hi interview was horrible! He was saying the same things over and over again...
I just don't know what to really say anymore........

I got this from an interview R. Kelly had on MTV:

"That has always been a question in my mind, but I'm not going to sit and lie. I'm not going to I.D. people," Kelly said. "Most of the time when I meet women, we're in clubs, and in clubs they're supposed to be 21 and over to get in ... I just like going to clubs and I like partying, so I go to the party and there's, of course, all kinds of women there and they're after you, and sometimes I'm after them too."

I thought R. Kelly was married?????:eek: Why haven't we heard from her?
