This gamma chi...stuff.

How many people have been keeping up with the whole Gamma Chi stuff over on the basic message boards(under greek life)?

To be honest, I feel it is a rather redundent creation. One would hope that people could gather together under the common thread of being GREEK without having to apply to another organization after getting here.

Do any of you have thoughts?

I'll say it in here (I said out there that I wouldn't talk about it, but I think I can get away with it here:D )

I agree 100% with you.

And what's funny is that it looks like every single person who jumped on that bandwagon has their own idea of what it's for.

I really don't see the point... But if these folks want to make it into something (or try) then it's really none of my business..

Well...

I agree with the entire idea of Gamma Chi! I think it is a good idea with a good meaning behind it. Maybe all of the rituals and ceremonies are a bit much now since it is barely taking off but I do believe the time will come where they will be appropiate. I just do not understand why some people have to be so negative.
:(

Beary, I'm sorry if I came off negative.

However, I'm not the only one that things that GX has sort of jumped the gun in a lot of aspects. A lot of people have pulled it too far in their own direction and it has just become a mess.

I actually think that you guys could develop it into something useful but at this moment it just... isn't.
