alpha theta chi
 

i think there's a local that's represented on these boards called alpha theta chi.

i found out this weekend that the phi sigma sigma chapter at ycp started out as a local called alpha theta chi. i was wondering if they're related at all?

I was doing some research a couple years ago and came across this fact also. But I'm not from the group that affiliated with Phi Sigma Sigma. I went to the University of Michigan-Flint.

Actually there are quite a few groups with the name of Alpha Theta Chi...

Sororities
University of Michigan, Flint, Michigan
Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana
Hamilton College, Clinton, New York
Bethany College, Lindsborg, Kansas

Fraternities
Hope College, Holland, Michigan
Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas
Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Maryland

There is also an Honorary Society named Alpha Theta Chi...I guess it's really big in the South.

Plus I came across probably a 1/2 dozen others that are now affiliated with national organizations.

I have two friends who are Alpha Theta Chi's at Vincennes. Next time I see them I'll ask. Sorry I'm not more of a help. :(
