Tom, please don't tell me you have gotten to your age in life without defrosting a freezer and this is the first time!

and I will also be happy to take that seafood off your hands. mmmmm.

That sounds like a big mess...
this is my suggestion...
call a bunch of people over...forget the mess and put all the food on the grill :)

it is summer kinda (well here in miami it has been summer for a few months already) so you just eat and drink and forget about the mess... out of sight out of mind

Good Luck!!!

:D

Tom...

In the future, aim a hair dryer into your freezer... it speeds up the process tremendously.

But since you already have a mess... I agree with everyone else.. you should invite your friends over and have a party!!:D

Tom, take everyone's advise....have a party and grill it all!!:D

Just sorry I am not close enough to take part!! :( :D :D

When I lived in the dorms, we had to defrost for christmas and before we moved out in the spring. I always used a hair dryer...very fast defrost action.

lifesaver 05-06-2002 01:08 AM

Tom would have to have hair to own a dryer.

hahahah.

Sorry tom, HAD to get that one in.

Save the mess - buy a frost-free freezer. Or, throw it all in a cooler and wait it out....

Tom Earp 05-06-2002 03:42 PM

Thanks Lifesaver!!!!!!!

Got hair, No Hairdryer!!!!!!

Had all of my towels, and coolers full and over flowing!

Only took 4 hrs with a fan on it! Put all of the towels out on bannister on back stoop!Wouldnt you know it, it started raining like hells half acre!

Hope I do not have to defrost again for another 14 years:D
