Okay....so my friend sets me up with this girl. Let's call her Jen. That is her real name. Yes, I'm a jerk. We were supposed to go out on sunday but she had issues with her suite mates so whatever, we go out tonight. We go to dinner. A double date with Jen, me Kelly, the girl who set us up, and my friend and Kelly's boyfriend Brian. Jen practicly ignores me the whole night. Not blantatly but i would try to start conversations and she would let it drop. So then we decided to go sing kareoke. Whatever. I didn't have anything to do with that decision. So I sing tainted love at the beging of the night to loosen people up, namley Jen. So then later in the night (this is the where the poing of the story takes place, in case you skipped aheahd MAIN PART OF STORY NOW) I sing Blue Moon. These two girls are at the front of the stage, one doesn't like it but one eats it up. She even comes over and takes my hand during it and I sing to her. Not the best move on a date, I know, my bad. But...I could have had more fun with that other, but obviously could not get her number as was on a date. How bad does that suck? I've always believed that god is a woman, and after tonight i should have a pretty good seat in heaven. That bitch better be keeping score. I'm out.

Oh you had a bad date. On my first (and last) date with a guy I liked, I didn't say more than two words to the poor guy because I was shy. I'm better at dating now. I can't shut up. :p

Screw her. If she is shy, how are you supposed to know? If she has issues she should come with a users manual . .. you should have hooked with the other chicklet. Or at least got her number . . . remember its an odds game . . so the amount of girls you meet and date counts.

I'm not going to ask a girl for her number right in front of my date, no matter how bad the date sucks. Maybe you can give me asshole lessons. :p

OP-You're a sweetie. I tried to Pm you, but it said your box is full. Dating is so difficult. When I finally got good at it, I wound up with a boyfriend. Now I'm single and out of practice and I can't remember what to do. Maybe I'll consult my box of phone numbers that I've never used and practice on those guys. Good luck!
