I keep just about everything in my desk at work. You never know what could come up during the day and I have to be ready.

4. Facial Cleansing cloths (you know the ones where you just run it under water and the soap starts to foam up)
5. Comb & Brush
6. Vaseline
7. Baby Wipes
8. Dental Floss
9. Nail File
10. Nail Polish Remover
11. Clear Nail Polish
12. A neutral sweater that goes with everything
13. Train Schedule (in case I want to boune out early)
14. Lotion
15. A pair of comfortable sneakers (just in case I have to run for that train)
16. Pantyhose
17. Hairspray
18. Lip Glass
19. Mascara
20. Paper Napkins

My office provdes a kind of locker at each desk so that we can hang up our coats. That's where a lot of this stuff fits in.

And I thought I was bad! You guys sure to have a lot of stuff in your desks.
Well I got:

1- Clinique astringent

2- Hand sanitizer

3- A variety of hand lotions (antibacterial, bath and body works)

4- extra forks, spoons, knives; salt, pepper, and sugar packets

5- Alcohol pads

I also recently bought a footstool to put under my desk, so I invested in some antibacterial foot spray (can't have the office smelling like cheese :o ).

This is a good topic.

Although I have a fantastic office, the majority of my work time is spent in the community due to the nature of my occupation. Therefore, most of the items in my desk are REALLY office supplies. BUT... I will admit that I also keep a wash cloth, a bar of Oil of Ole' soap, potpourri oil, a pair of socks, a pair of sneakers, a pair of shorts, and a t-shirt in the desk also. The only reason that those items are there is because there is a weight room located at our facility and I'm SUPPOSED to be accessing it as often as I like. I'm just keeping the stuff there JUST IN CASE I decide to follow through with actually USING the weight room. :D

Now the items kept in my purse are an ENTIRELY different story. THIS I can better relate to. Some of the UNUSUAL items that I keep in my purse are: hair pins, deodorant, a small note pad, a disposable camera, lotion, matches or a lighter, scrunchies or rubber bands, baby powder, 4 sanitary napkins (I ALWAYS keep the same amount), kleenex, numerous pieces of candy and gum (I have two children of my own and I work with children every day yall), a tape of either of JILL SCOTT'S CDs, and those Listerine thingies that melt in your mouth. :D

That's a lot, right? Well, I'm not EVEN going to mention what I keep in the glove compartment, arm-rest, and trunk of my car. :D :D :D

i keep a can of lysol and paper towels in my desk. everyone knows that after using my phone, it better be cleaned. i have smelled and seen some sinful stuff on the receiver, after some people have used my phone.
