issue with search

Ok, I don't know if other people have had an issue with this, but when you use "search," your word has to be at least four letters/characters. So, if I typed in "AGD" it wouldn't work...which is okay because I can spell out "Alpha Gamma Delta." But, what if I was searching for, say, "Alpha Phi?" It wouldn't work because "Phi" is only three letters. This pisses me off!!! :mad:

YEP!!! I had that problem with Phi Mu. Had to type in Phi Mu Fraternity, and not many people add on the "fraternity" when they post. GC is great, but some things could use improvement!

I've had problems with the four letter thing too. Like one time I wanted to start a thread on Pet Peeves but wasn't sure if there was one already. Tried to do a search...wouldn't let me because of the first word being 3 letters. I tried Peeves but it came up with nothing...and I was almost certain there was already a thread.
Oh well.

I'm almost positive there was a pet peeves thread. I remember it from a few months ago.
