Celine Dion special on CBS
 

Did anyone watch the Celine Dion special? Celine sounded and looked magnificent, as always. Her new songs are pretty cool. Her performances with Brian McKnight and Destiny's Child were also both very nice. I liked how it wasn't just a musical performance. She told a few jokes and they showed some interview clips.

What did you all think about the show?

I wonder if she is going to tour any. Has anyone heard anything?

I loved the show. It's good to see her back.

I still am curious as to why she had to retire...like make this huge deal about retiring to have a baby - giving a farewell concert etc...I mean people take a few years off between albums or tours and its just that, taking time off. Frankly she reminds me a lot of Kathy Lee Gifford.

I just LOVE her new CD. Its great to see her back.

My friend and I absolutely love Celine Dion and over spring break, on our road trip we took all her cd's and were singing the whole way hehe. ANyways, I saw the special and loved it! The Diva special on VH1 is supposed to be held here in Vegas at the MGM and I"m sooo psyched! I hope I can get tickets! If not I'm for sure going to go see her at Ceasar's Palace, the stadium they are building for her is soo beautiful! Just thought I'd share :)
