is this justice?

This is about a middle school suspension that happened at the end of my sophmre (I think) year of highschool, at the middle school I went to. There was a hole in the curtain of the stage, and a girl was on side giving blowjobs for ten dollars to boys on the other side. Everyone involved was suspended. The guys were suspended for one week and the girl was suspended for two weeks. A lot of people thought this was unfair, that they should be punished equally, that the girl wasn't any more at fault than the boys. I think it was fair because you're supossed to sell anything at school either, so she did two things wrong. What do you think?

Sorry . . but I'm LMAO . . . :D

UNFAIR!!!!

At the private school. the daughter of an attorney got pregnant. According to the loosely worded policy, she was to be sent to another school. The baby's father (who remained unnamed) being an unknown suffered no consequence. It was argued that the regularly enforced rules on pregnancy in the past entailed the girl being sent away with no consequences to the father.( except confesion and possibly a rosary or two). The girl's father threatened to drag every past situation of this nature before the court and file charges of discrimination. The end result- the daughter was allowed to stay in school, the father was never NAMED-(but EVERYONE knew). The Diocese changes their entire handbook-right down to grade school!!! The mother still is the only one who gets screwed (twice lol) if the father isn't named, but at least it's LEGAL now...it's in the handbook...

If there was more than one guy involved and each guy got one week then yes I would say it was fair. If there's more than 2 guys then she got the better deal. If a guy gets one week for getting one then the girl should get one week for giving one.

That is also a great deal on a blow job. . . I hope those boys appreciate the fact that they were getting serviced for much less than the cost of dating.

Yes, but the county code for schools also says that your not allowed to sell anything, goods and services included. My friend (friend at the time anyway) got a one week suspension for selling candy. But I didn't get in trouble for the candy. So, she gives a blowjob and is in trouble for giving a blow job, and the guys are in trouble for getting one. Then, she gets another week for selling a service, or a goods (her mouth, tounge etc.) on school properity, which counts as solisiting.

unfair

I think they did things equally wrong and should have been punished equally.

I don't think the "she was selling goods" argument quite flies. Is there a clause in your student handbook that says you're not supposed to give/receive blowjobs? I doubt it.... it's probably insinuated by some vaguer language about expected/tolerated behaviour. So the behavior on both parts is wrong and should be punished accordingly.

Your candy example: were you allowed to have candy in school (a lot of schools forbid eating outside of designated lunch times and areas). If not, then should your friend have been punished twice as much? He did something wrong, but the punishment has to 'fit the crime'.

Finally, I'm sure it just goes back to the double standard we women are accustomed to. If it would have been a boy offering "services" for $10 to the girls, do you really think he would have been given twice the punishment that the girls' were? I don't.

Did you say this was MIDDLE school? The real issue is where are these kids parents and role models?

Billy, YU DA MAN! You have to much time on your hands so watch where you put them even though it helps to keep prostrate cancer down!:) http://www.plauder-smilies.de/rofl.gif

This whole story is disgusting to me. I have read that the number of teen pregnancies is going down (no pun intended) partially because teen oral sex is going up. Perhaps it is part of the Clinton legacy!
Whatever happened to this middle school girl? Once a girl gets a rep like that it tends to follow her everywhere. It can ruin a girl's life or at least make her miserable.

Optimist Prime 04-09-2002 02:41 AM

I don't know what happened to her. Anyway, Im glad I got out of that school when I did. Chlamedia is epidemic.

To who asked...not blowjobs in particular but no public displays of affection. How much more affectionate could you get?? Besides, no guy would get paid for returning the favor. Otherwise I'd be raking in the mullah ;)

Peaches-n-Cream 04-09-2002 02:45 AM

WOW! O.P. A lot of mullah? :p  How much? ;)

shultzz 04-09-2002 12:56 PM

Optimist Prime 04-09-2002 02:15 PM

Well, Cream I'm not too good at math, but....um....to quote Jay-Z "be in the upward millions...damn near out the rear trunk when I roll up." ;)

I think Tom Earp is right about you needing to keep busy with something besides your hands. I'd say that you fabricated this whole story to suit some weird need you may have. You should do yourself a favor and erase the whole thread.

Tom Earp 04-09-2002 06:10 PM

Billy, put it to rest you are getting a little oink or over the edge!

What is going on with you!?

Do not even go where the or your mind is leading to the great beyond! :(
