Iota Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi: Celebrating our 5 year anniversary
 

Today we will be having a luncheon to celebrate our chapter's 5 year anniversary! :D I can't wait! Since there are many coming in from out of town for the luncheon, I get to meet a lot of alum who, otherwise, I would not have been able to meet.

It is great to achieve a milestone like that. Our chapter had our 30th anniversary last fall and it's always exciting to see how much your organization has grown over the years.

I just got back from the luncheon. We had people there from every pledge class, which was cool. It was a lot of fun meeting more sisters. Tonight we will all be hanging out at our school's homecoming, so I will get to meet more A-Phi's that I did not get to meet at the luncheon. I can't wait! :D Three hours and counting......

Congratulations to Iota Beta. I am so excited for you guys!

Last year my chapter (Beta Delta) celebrated its 75th anniversary. It was absolutely amazing b/c we had some of our founding chapter members there for the celebration. One of them found a diary in the library that talked about how they had put together the money to build our chapter house with $10 donations from members of the chapter. She had everyone in the room crying as she told us her memories b/c it was clear how much she cherished her Alpha Phi experiences.

I hope that you, the active members of Iota Alpha, will be able to go back 70 years from now and share the memories that you created today with the future members of Iota Beta.
