Remember those toys/games what was your favorite? What do you miss?
As a youngster all we needed was a deck of cards. From War to gin to pity pat to bid. Or some chalk and a ball for $ corners. But the CLICK CLACKS, were great, 2 big marble balls on the end of a rope, would drive my mom crazy. PayDay Sorry Simon |

I played card games Tonk (sp) War, Crazy 8. Sorry was my favorite board game.

jacks double dutch hand ball oh and that game that involved two girls smacking your hands together front and back together from one to ten...remember you counted one than smacked hands counting one...one..one...one, two...one two...one, two, three..one two three...doesn't anyone know what i'm talking about cause i don't know what the game is called! LOL |

I think it was just called "The Hand Game" Here's one for you: Miss....Mary....Mat Mat Mat .....All dressed in black black black....with silver buttons buttons buttons.....all down her back back back....etc. I enjoyed playing String....you know when you take a piece of long string and make the bridge, the broom, the swing, and other different things. See....remember now?? :D Double Dutch ....what? You couldn't tell me anything from 4th grade through High School. It was all about Double Dutch! Jacks....I still play them every now and again. Hopskotch Red Light....Green Light...One Two Three Mother May I...... Sorry Monopoly (even though it takes forever) Table top Donkey Kong Quiz Wiz (an electronic game) Card games (Pity Pat, I Declare War) Pokeno That's all I can think of right now. :D :D :D WAIT! Those Click Clacks (Kabangers) used to drive me insane....and bruised my arm/head/side/leg...needless to say I wasn't good at those banging things! :rolleyes: |
