Motivation!!
 

Hey everybody!

I have been gone awhile, but now I'm back; and I plan on having a lot of interesting conversations.

My first question to the group is:
Does anyone know of any ways to motive others? I mean as a president or leader of a group. No one likes to be told what to do, so another possible way is motivation. Any advice? :D
