Not to be a whining loser but....
 

Hello ladies,

I'm not trying to be a whining loser or anything but....the ladies of Sigma Gamma Rho on my campus never seem to have any activities that I can come to and/or participate in. I hardly ever see any of them around my campus either....I'm not trying to be hand fed, but how am I supposed to show the ladies that I am interested? the two events that I have seen them at was; Organization Day (in January of this year) and an activity that they gave in February. Do any of you have any ideas as to how I can express my interest? :confused: Thanks for your time.....-Yemaya-

Well, I don't know how large your campus is but when I decided to express interest, there was a SGRho outside wearing her jacket and I just walked up to her and told her I was interested in her org. Did you talk to any of the members at either activity? If you're seriously interested, when you see a member of Sigma Gamma Rho, just go up to her and introduce yourself. Also, find out if they have an on-campus advisor. She can tell you how to get in touch with them. Hope this helps.

Sorry jojapeach, I did get your pm ( I just didnt know how to retrieve it!) I do know that Kappa week is this week and I do plan to attend the Kappa Kookout tomorrow; when and if I do see some of the ladies, I will speak.....one of them is from Chicago, my hometown! I just wish that they would have more events on campus....Anywho, thanks ladies for the info. I really appreciate it! -Yemaya-

Good going, Yemaya! I'm pretty sure there was at least one soror there (probably more) considering the relationship between the Kappas and SGRhos on your campus. Good luck in your pursuits! :D

You said that you wanted ideas on how to express your interest. You attended several events this year, so to me you have already expressed your interest. The best advice I can give you on this one is to be patient and continue to attend events.
