What's everyone doing for founders' day?

What plans does your chapter have to celebrate 85 years :)? Every year we hold an alum tea or banquet with a special founders' day ceremony. We also hold the active to alum ceremony at this event too. It's an awesome time :). I'm really looking forward to it.

I'll just wear my badge as I celebrate St. Patrick's Day!
Happy Founder's Day!
Your chapter's events sound lovely, Siobhan!:D

Hey guys!! Happy Founders Day, a little late :) I was in Indiana with Kappa Colony for Founders Day, and we did a values and traditions day which was very cool for them. Then, we all went and had lunch at this Irish place and then bowling. It was very fun. They got t-shirts made with a shamrock on the back, and around the top it said "some of us were just born lucky", Founders Day 2002. I love it!! I got one :)

So happy founders day to you guys :) I gotta change my signature now!

Down here at the Alpha Gamma Chapter, we celebrate our National Founders Day with our annual "Founder's Day Camping Trip." Normally about 15-20 of us drive to a state park and pitch the very tents which will house us for the next three days. Although the occasional tent might collapse, and the occasional wild animal might pay us a visit, the campfire talks and the absurdity of us all trying to "rough it" with our blowdryers and electric fans always ensures a memorable outcome.
As for our Local Founder's Day, we usually hold a dinner at a sisters house or at a local restaurant and invite all our beautiful alums to celebrate the legacy which they have all partaken in!
