This is a SHAME
Ladies, yesterday on BET there was a story about this guy from Maryland, around thirty something, who had sex with a 13 yr old boy. The man met the boy in a chatroom titled "TEENS". He went to the little boys home and had sex with him, IT WASN'T RAPE because the boy agreed to it. Well that isn't the end. The man had FULL BLOWN AIDS. What is going on today? What is going on with his parents? I know when I was his age my parents were all in my biz. Even when I was in H.S, they sort of monitored who I was talking to in the chat rooms. Ladies I know some of you are mothers, what do you think? Whats a parent to do?

There is no such thing as consensual sex with a minor. PERIOD. The state attorney can charge that man with statutory rape, as he well should. People that live in Maryland should not allow a fringe group of sexual deviants to espose their satanic rhetoric which says that CHILDREN are mature enough to make decisions about their sexuality. This satanic rhetoric is usually put out by deviants that prey on children of the same sex.

keeping an eye my boys is a full time job. i don't even allow them to use the computer if i am not at home. some people feel that i am being silly; however, i don't care. my 13 year old wants to go to the movies by himself. i told him that he may sit in the movies without me but i will not just drop him off. this world is so sick.

they still have a case
First off, the man is sick and should be punished to the fullest...
He should get the stat. rape charge and if he knew he had aids(he had to know...) he can be charged w/manslaughter or murder...I saw a case on court t.v. where a man who knew he had aids intentionally spread his disease by raping and decieving women. I think he was charged w/murder...this is a sick sad world. Parents have to work harder with their kids because there are too many vultures waiting to pick them off... |
Oh my
Oh my goodness are things like this really going on?? It hurt me to my heart to read this. I don't know if I was more sad or angry at the whole situation. Isn't it our jobs, no, duties as adults to protect children. This lil boy needed someone to stand up for him and he was let down.

Every thing happens for a reason....
After I got over my anger I had to think about this one. I don't know how many of you are familiar with Donnie McClurkin ( he was on the Parkers last night), but his testimony is awesome. This post put me in the mind of it - somewhat. At his concert, he told us how when he was a kid, his baby brother was following him across the street and was killed by a car. While grieving, feeling guilty, and missing his brother, on the day of the funeral, one of his relatives (male) molested him. He then had to be sent to the relative's house to live because his mother was not doing well (emotionally) after the funeral. He said for years he struggled with his sexuality. I say all of this not to start a war on sexuality, but to say that all of the bad things that happened to brother Donnie has turned into a testimony and he is one of the most annointed gospel singers/ ministers in the US. Hopefully this kid's life will serve as a testimony, rather than just be tragic.
