a cute card
 

I was at a Hallmark store with one of my chapter sisters this past weekend. She noticed a card with squirrels on it. I noticed we were near the Passover cards. Passover (Jewish holiday)occurs close to Easter. Anyway, she picked up the card and low and behold, it was a Passover card with squirrels on it. It made me laugh cause a squirrel or two had kipahas (ritual head coverings worn by men) on their heads!!!!!! I don't know why that struck me so funny, but it did. I thought it was a cute card though. Thought I would share that with you all. Lisa

Hee hee, I guess those squirrels are everywhere!

On a sadder note, I still cannot get Pumpkin anywhere near her new stuffed squirrel. She hates it! :( I think I'm going to have to see if I can find one a little smaller, that doesn't squeak. In the meantime, back to the shop it goes.

I think that is hilarious that you bought Pumpkin a toy squirrel! Please take a picture of her with it and put it on the website!

On a similar note, I went shopping with one of my sisters today and I saw a shirt with the slogan "don't put your balls near the fire" and it was a gray squirrel toasting nuts next to a melting snowman! It was really random but we thought it was hilarious!!! If the shirt wasn't a size small I would have bought it!
