dream job...moving to Birmingham, AL
 

I just had to share that I got a phone call this morning and was offered my dream job!!!!! :) I'm going to start a music therapy program at Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL. This type of job (getting to start a hospital program) has been my ultimate goal. For this to be my first job out of college, I feel so lucky and blessed....and HAPPY!

Anyway....if anyone out there is from Birmingham could you tell me about the area? Such as...which suburbs should I avoid, which ones should I live in? I will be working downtown and don't want to have too long of a commute.

I just had to share this....all my friends are either at work or school and I was dying to tell someone :) Have a great day!
