Chapter Consultant
 

Hey Ladies,

I was just wondering if any of you or your sisters are applying for chapter consultant. (I believe the deadline was extended to Feb 25 or 28). I applied, but the second I mailed it away I wanted to rewrite my letter of intent...I could've done a much better job.
Or, Have any of you out there ever been a consultant?

anyway, I was just wondering....

Awhile back in December ADPi's chapter consultant came to visit my chapter and I had signed up to take her out one nite. While out she told me all of the awesome things she gets to do and all that good stuff! I am soo planning on applying to be a TCC when my time comes =)

I just wanted to say that the chapter consultant that visited our chapter last year demonstrated no sisterly-like bonds. Instead of hanging out with us and learning about us, she reported us to National for doing stuff that we didn't do. Needless to say, my chapter is not looking forward to any consultant in the future visiting us. I hope that you sisters will act more like sisters (if you become consultants) and not like this woman acted.

Sorry to hear that. I've met 4 consultants during my 3 years as an active....the first wasn't great, but she was ok. The Archon didn't think she did a good job so we requested a second visit that same year. The other 3 i've met were all really nice and helpful. Different ppl have diff experiences with consultants...you hear both bad and good things about each...I just hope I make it to the interview.

We've only had 1 chapter consultant in the 2 years that I've been active, but she was really cool. Her name was Kelly, and she was a clown (literally) when she was in college. She gave us a lot of cool advice and she took some things from my chapter and tried to incorporate them in others. Good luck on your position, and let us know how it turns out!

well ladies, I wasn't even accepted for an interview. I know I would do a good job, but it's kinda hard to show that on paper...oh well.

One of our sisters from Theta Mu has an interview for a chapter consultant position on May 3rd. They are flying her out to Boca Raton on May 2nd. I'll keep you updated on how things go.
